ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To ensure a transparent and safe shopping environment for all ROMA clients, we have listed the following Terms and Conditions (T&C’s).
By accessing any areas of the ROMA website and placing an order, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by the terms set forth below. If you don’t agree to abide by these terms & conditions, you should immediately leave this website. We reserve the right to modify, alter or update these terms & conditions without prior notice.
RETURNS & BREAKAGES POLICY
All requests for returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that we do not accept returns on once opened products. If in doubt, buy a small size to start with. Items must be returned along with a copy of your original invoice/receipt.
1. If an item is obviously faulty, or we sent you the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost to you. A digital photo must be sent to ingo@roma.co.nz along with the order number.
2. If you chose the wrong item, made a mistake, or simply don’t like your item we may (on a case-by-case basis) offer a store coupon to the value purchased, less a 10% admin fee and shipping costs, providing that the goods are returned to us in original condition (you will need to pay the cost of return). The coupon code will be emailed to you on the following week of your goods being returned. We do not accept returns for change of mind after 30 days of delivery to you.
In the case of breakages we may at our discretion send a replacement item/s. A digital photo of the breakages must be sent to info@roma.co.nz within 7 days of receipt of goods.
ORDERING, ACCEPTANCE and PRICING
The items offered are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part, even after payment is made, up until the time of dispatch. If an order is refused you will be refunded via your method of payment. We are not required to give any reason for the refusal of an order however common reasons include; we have insufficient stocks, we believe that supplies are being resold under a different brand/name without our permission, or an admin’ or system error prevents us from meeting previously agreed orders.
Once accepted (and the order is paid) we will process your order and an e-mail confirmation of dispatch will be forwarded to you.
The prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). We do not offer export (zero rated) pricing. Prices are for internet orders only and are subject to change at any time without notification.
Unless an item is open for pre-orders on our website we do not offer rainchecks on out of stock items.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Order cancellations must be put in writing. To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to info@roma.co.nz. If the order has not been shipped we will immediately cancel it with no penalty. If the order has been shipped, unfortunately you will incur the cost of returning the goods.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All payments are processed via Shopfy which is a highly secure provider; we do not see or store your credit card details anywhere in our system.
FREIGHT FREE POLICY
ROMA may from time to time offer free delivery on orders above a certain value. The value of the freight free threshold is subject to change and is usually made clear at the check out.
How to claim the free freight offer: When checking out, assuming your order meets the minimum value for free delivery, you will notice an option for “Free Delivery” will appear in the delivery options. It is your responsibility to choose this option should you wish to redeem it. Alternatively, we may provide you a discount code for free delivery and you can write this on the designated space at the checkout page. Please note that we do not offer shipping refunds should you fail to redeem your free shipping.
DELIVERIES
ROMA offers deliveries to most major areas of New Zealand by courier. A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by our chosen courier company. We do not accept liability or delay in the event there is no-one to receive the delivery at the delivery address. You may or may not be asked for a signature on delivery. Deliveries will not be left on your premises if no-one is home unless you expressly request it when you check out. If you are comfortable for the goods to be left if no-one is home, please state this on your order in the comments section and advise a safe & secure place for the order to be placed. If a secure place cannot be found for the goods they will be taken back to the depot. If redelivery is attempted you may be charged a second delivery fee. We cannot accept any responsibility for theft or loss once goods are delivered. Please contact us directly if you’d like to make alternative delivery arrangements. For security reasons we can not deliver to Post Office boxes , however if you live in a small country town and items are usually delivered to the post office or central pickup point, please provide the physical address, not the PO box.
All items purchased from ROMA are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please allow 2-7 business days for shipment. If the delivery details given by you are incorrect, and thus affecting delivery we may have to charge an additional delivery charge.
NON-LIABILITY FOR USAGE OF PRODUCTS
ROMA sells all products under the recognition that once they are used for the purpose of purchase we are no longer held responsible. It is the responsibility of the purchaser once they take possession of all goods to ensure their products are suitable for safe and proper use. All products sold by ROMA are carefully tested before seling.

All copyrights, trademarks, pictures and other intellectual property rights in the design, layout, wording and concepts of this web-site are reserved to ROMA. Any copying of the design, layout, wording, pictures, concepts or other unauthorised use will infringe our rights. Trademarks, copyrights, brand names, product and company names related to the products appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners. ROMA does not claim to own any of these trademarks, copyrights, brand or product names what-so-ever nor does it claim that ROMA is related to, endorsed by, or in any other way connected or associated with the respective owners and/or their related companies and agents.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability this site is provided by ROMA on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ROMA cannot accept liability for any indirect loss, loss of enjoyment, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or any other loss what-so-ever in connection with the operation of this website. We are unable to confirm that the information set out in this web-site is totally accurate or complete.
ROMA makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk, to the full extent permissible by applicable law. ROMA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
ROMA does not warrant that this site, its servers, or e-mail sent are free of viruses or other harmful components. ROMA will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the parties and supersedes any previous agreement between the parties. They shall be governed by New Zealand law and the parties hereby agree to submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand Courts.
ROMA accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for any damages, loss of income, loss of business arising from the use of this site or its products, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages.
